My name is Genesse Miles. I am currently attending University of Colorado Boulder. I am majoring in Art Practices and double minoring in Creative Technology and Design and Classics. I have showcased work in two professional art shows in the art district of Denver, Colorado. One of which I helped create the poster for (as pictured below)!

I am an avid leader in my community and strive to create a place of inclusivity and learning. I am a part of the National Residence Hall Honorary and was nominated in 2024 for NACURH (National Association of College and University Residence Halls) Student of the Year Award. I won top 5 presentations for presenting at the Iacurh (Intermountian Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls) conference. I also won conference attendee of the year for CU Boulder.

I have always loved art and creation ever since my mom and my mom’s mom taught me to pick up a pencil. To me success means creating art that tells a strong, passionate narrative. I strive to potray the core motivators of the group I am representing down to even the margins of my designs.
